Stewed Apple recipe and it’s benefits

Single healthy meal in the Breakfast: Cooked spiced apples are a great pre-breakfast single food. It’s best for the digestive system to increase a fire (digestive power). Digestive fire gets weaker during the night during sleep and when you wake up, you want to make sure you boost the fire by adding small pieces of wood one at a time, and that’s what these apples are doing.

Ingredients for preparing stewed apples:

  • 1 whole fresh, sweet apple, cored and peeled
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
  • ¼ cup of purified water

How to prepare stewed apples:

  1. Dice apple into small pieces, whatever shape you like. Add cloves, cinnemon, apple and water in a covered pot.
  2. Cook apple in ¼ cup of water until it become soft.
  3. Discard the cloves, let it cool slightly, and enjoy the best meal.
  4. After eat the stewed apples, wait half an hour for another meal.
