Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially if it is your first time. Understanding the process can help you feel more comfortable and confident.
Your First Session
During your initial session, we will:

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
Ongoing Sessions
As counselling progresses, we may focus on:

- Strengthening confidence and self-esteem
- Working towards personal, wellbeing, or NDIS-related goals
