How to release hate

How to release hate

If we feel hate, it means that something or someone is actively diminishing us. We do feel bad when feeling hate, for the very reason that an active problem is present and it requires our attention to resolve! Hate is not an emotion to bottle up, to do so is very dangerous as it means you are encouraging  an extremely negative process. Holding hate is something most people cannot do safely, and it quickly ends up re-projecting outward to then hurt those innocent around us.

What is the reason behind Hate? Pitta is responsible for digestion, metabolism, nutrition and temperature. The pitta dosha, when in balance, leads to contentment and intelligence. But, when out of balance or imbalance it can cause ulcers and arouse anger, hate and jealousy.

Why Pitta dosa imbalance in the body? In a world where our attention and energy are constantly being pulled in multiple directions, it is easy to forego exercise and unhealthy habits. However, neglecting healthy foods and regular activity poses a massive threat to our wellbeing long term. Alcoholic and fermented drinks, coffee,  oily, hot, salty, and heavy foods such as anything fried, egg yolks, nuts, hot spices, and hot drinks etc the main reasons behind increasing pitta dosha.

Releasing Hate as soon as possible! Many times the best way to be kind is to walk away without attachments and commitment, to leave as little behind for the reflection of hate to work against you. Sometimes others will push anger to conflict, and we have to be ready to deal with such conflict also. Yes it’s true as well that, It isn’t always easy to walk away from hate. However, due to the way humans mature, there are times when we’re energised to change. At these moments, you have a limited window to push and make changes in your life. Don’t waste these key moments of life where we’re energised to change. Understand, It takes empowerment to change, if you are in a situation where your power is being taken away, it is harder to walk away from hate. This sometimes means the first step to removing hate is empowering yourself and using your new power to drive away from the hate.

Why You need Balance your Power! The true lesson to learn about hate isn’t to reflect that feeling of destruction back out, but instead to release judgments in a kind and gentle manner to grow for yourself. You are helping yourself. We all have Pitta within us and we provides practical and best advice on how to balance that naturally without harming you and others,  Here’s how:

  1. A change in lifestyle: Sleep on time between 9-10am and wakeup early in the morning around 5-6am
  2. Release the judgement driving the feelings of anger and hate.
  3. To move on with our own life without attachment to where our feelings of hate arise.
  4. Take the time to focus releasing the anger itself.
  5. As you work against each smaller problem, keep your awareness open so you can learn more about the nature of the feelings. As the process unfolds, you will get more information which you can further use to unravel the source of the hate. When an issue still keeps coming back, then fully release the source of the problem. With this awareness, you can spot the sub-elements feeding into the feelings of hate and more precisely work on your healing process.
  6. Deep breathing exercises. There are three pranayama techniques that’ll help you with hate in particular: Deep diaphragmatic breathing: Mentally say, “Breathing in, I am aware of my hate.” “Breathing out, I let it go.” With each inhalation feel the hate. With each exhalation feel the emotion leaving your body. By paying attention to your anger and hate, you are allowing it to dissolve and pass away. You’ll feel so relax after that.
  7. Yogaasnas: Ardha Matsyendrasana (Half Twist Pose). This pose can be likened to wringing anger out of the body. The Liver in Traditional Chinese Medicine is associated with anger. When body twist, it directly affect the organs and specifically the liver, to detox the body of hurt, grudges and resentment. Lengthen the spine on the inhale and as you exhale gently twist or spiral your belly, rib cage, chest and head to the right and back. Visualise releasing any stored up emotions as you gently twist and exhale. Repeat on the other side.
  8. Shavasana (Corpse Pose). If there’s one pose that forces one to let it all go, then it’s only “Shavasana”. Lie down on your back with your arms down by your sides, palms facing skyward. Let your feet fall out comfortably, close your eyes and travel inward. See if you can practice staying completely still for this asana. The only movement is the breath moving through the entire body – locating stored emotions with the in-breath, and releasing them with the out-breath.
  9. Use Pitta pacifying herbs and oils: There are plenty of of natural herbs to balance pitta dosha.

Gout – Modern overview

Gout is a collection of diseases, mainly affecting small joints. It is also related to disorders of the kidney. It is predominantly seen in males (above sixteen years) and mostly seen in females before menopause. It is the most common cause of inflammatory joint disease in men over 40 years.

Gout causes: Uric acid concentration in the body fluids depends upon the balance between purine synthesis and uric acid elimination through the kidneys and intestine. Various genetic and environmental factors lead to increased uric acid levels in the blood, either by decreasing the excretion of uric acid or by increasing its production. In about 75 % of patients, genetic deformity contributes to increased uric acid levels by decreased uric acid excretion through urine. In such patients, if the kidneys are normal, they excrete more and more uric acid through urine. Factors influencing gout and increased uric acid levels in the blood:

  • Renal failure and Lead poisoning
  • Myxoedema and Down’s syndrome
  • Drugs like diuretics, Pyrazinamide, and aspirin etc
  • Hyperparathyroidism (increased parathyroid hormone)
  • Lactic acidosis by alcohol, exercise, starvation, vomiting and toxaemia in pregnancy.
Allopathy treatment consists of only anti-inflammatories and painkillers
During an acute attack, anti-inflammatory and painkiller medications can help relieve pain and shorten the length of the attack. Patients with chronic gout are often put on medications such as colchicine. There is no permanent treatment in allopathy. Only painkillers and steroids which you needs to take whole-life and last option is surgery.

Advice for curing Gout:

  • Drink Plenty of water every-day. Water flushes out toxins from the body. Excess uric acid will be eliminated through urine. Coconut water and barley water very good
  • Regular exercise specially running and swimming is very good. Everyday running at least 30-45m, your body get sweating itself which will excrete the toxins from your body automatically.
  • Take walnut 15m before food and after food chew 1teaspoon of flaxseed.
  • Avoid Stored food, junk food, much spicy, deep fried food and fermented acidic foods as they block metabolism and thus increases uric acid accumulation in the body
  • Avoid completely meat and sea food as they contain “purin” which increases uric acid very fast.

Why is it important to detox the body?

Why is it important to detox the body?

Why is it important to detox the body?

Ayurveda is all about balancing the body and mind under special principles and guidelines. According to Ayurveda every individual is composed of five essential elements and can be categorised into three constitutions specially Vaata-Pitta-Kapha (all together called- Tridosha). When there is any imbalance in any of these three Dosha, the diseases generates in the body.  So, that’s why Ayurvedic is a treatment from is centred of detox and rejuvenate therapies, herbs, yoga, meditation, diet and lifestyle modifications. By supporting the elimination of un-absorbed food, heavy metals and other toxins, you will help to improve your digestive system.

Detox is to eliminate toxins from your body, improve health, and promote weight loss. Your body has a very unique way of eliminating toxins that involves the liver, kidneys, digestive system, skin, and lungs.  After your detoxification, your body will have better digestive and lymphatic function. Both of these are key to a strong and balanced immune system and healthy life.

What are Toxins? Toxins are the un-metabolised waste that is not utilised by the body. It can be formed from food that are absorbed but not used by the body, or that are undigested and create fermentation. Any kind of substance which is harmful to your body may be considered a toxin, that enters your body-mind and interferes with your natural state, creating imbalances that, over time, can lead to illness. Everything that our body could not digest may converts into toxins.

How are Toxins formed? Toxins are harmful chemical particles that need to be eliminated from the body. They are formed in a number of ways: by wrong diet and unhealthy lifestyle choices, by consuming toxic substances such as alcohol and drugs, smoking cigarettes, caffeine and other chemical products. Ayurveda believes the main cause begins with what is called Pragya aparadh, the mistake of the intellect, which leads to misuse of the mind, senses and time.

  • The mistake of the intellect begin when one sees that which is harmful as useful to the body, or not eating according to one’s need of hunger or digestive power.
  • The mistake of the senses can lead to being overshadowed by sensory desire, often seen in overeating
  • The mistake in time relate to not eating according to the seasons or not varying one’s diet according to the seasons which makes a huge difference.
  • These mistakes lead to poor diet, wrong eating habits, overeating, unnecessary cravings and wrong routine.
  • Physical toxins found in our food, personal & household products, air, water, and other elements of your environment
  • Emotional toxins, such as self-criticism, negative thought patterns and beliefs, chronic stress, and painful experiences that you haven’t fully digested.

These days, toxins are everywhere: in food as preservative, in water as water “purifying” agents such as chlorine and fluoride, in  air as a small chemical particles and in most of the personal care products they are commonly available. Toxins are also formed after the normal metabolism process. This in turn leads to aggravation of Vata-Pita-Kapha imbalance and weakening digestive fire (agni), which creates ama. Our body has the inbuilt ability to remove these toxins naturally if the body channels are healthy and fine. That means if there is any obstruction or disturbance in lymphatic drainage, urination, blood circulation, elimination, sweating, etc, these toxins cannot be removed from the tissues properly. If these toxins are staying in the tissues for a longer period of time, they may cause swelling in the tissues, resulting in painful joints as well as causing an uneasy, heavy and drained feeling which may lead to anxiety, depression, insomnia, etc.

How you know toxins accumulate in your body?

  1. If you experience frequent indigestion like constipation, gas and bloating etc
  2. If you don’t feel hungry even you haven’t eaten for hours
  3. If you have brain fog and tight-headache
  4. If you have low energy levels
  5. If you feel sleepy and lazy all the time
  6. If you have unusual smelling body odour
  7. If you have body-aches and more often feels stress
  8. Your tongue is coated with white/creamish/yellow colour layer
  9. If you feel joint-aches, fatigue, allergies, gas and headaches etc
  10. You feeling still tired in the morning after wakeup 6-8hrs sleep
  11. If you feeling heaviness and tiredness during whole day and sleepy during day time
  12. If you have more serious problems such as autoimmune diseases, acne, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, reflux, arthritis and migraines etc

1.The first stage in eliminating toxin/ama itself by Nidan Parivarjanan (reduce the causes production of toxin). Whatever the causes of toxins, simply remove them from your routine and lifestyle after consulting an Ayurvedic consultant.

2. The next step is to digest the ama, a process known as Ama Pachan, through the use of digestive substances. This can be as simple as dieting for specific time, drink warm water, or using specific spices and herbal preparations

3. Next step is Lekhan (to scrape the dosha) Using warm water with lemon and honey in the morning, and may also include the use of specific spices such as ginger, cinemmon, and black pepper or specific herbal preparations. But this depends on the prakriti of the individual, as certain spices may be produce too heat or are too clod according to your parkirti.

4. The next step is to increase the Agni called digestive fire. You should take light diet and exercises. This may consist of a strict regimen beginning with liquid meals, progressing gradually to semi-liquid meals, then to thicker soups and gradually to more solid food over a period of time.

5. Final step is Shodhan(cleansing) of the body, which is the elimination of ama/toxins. This can be done with specific ayurvedic herbal formulas and therapies called Panchakarma
